As more people move into this neighborhood we also see more dogs. Since there are few fences, Morty is open to the elements - including dogs. Here's one interaction I caught while out taking pictures of our Christmas lights. Fortunately it's just a big friendly puppy. Who knows when an older big dog would be annoyed enough to retaliate.

Poor non-social Morty. He is SOOOOO lucky that was such a friendly dog. The dog seemed shocked at Morty's rumbling ... and seemed to just toss it aside to be friends anyway. So funny.
Bless his heart. He's been a good doggie.
I really like Morty a lot. So I think we need to keep him in the fam for awhile.
I don't believe Morty's days are numbered! He had stike THREE and he's still going strong. Yes he's kind of cute, but yes he kind of stinks and gets a lot of four letter words on your carpet.
