It's grooming day and Morty is ticked because he knows where he's going. He won't look at me in the car. After he's in his cage and just after I snapped this picture he came up in an almost sitting pretty position and looked imploringly at me with those puppy dog eyes. It earned an sympathetic "AWWW" from the groomers assistant. Sorry Morty - you need to stay and get de-stinkedtified! (Even if it only lasts a couple of days.)
Here he is looking a little younger and more lively. It is worth the torture.

Morty is such a diva! He won't even look at you - how funny. He looks in bad need of that grooming in the cage. - Kent
I love it when he gets taken to the cleaners. He smells so much better. He's spoiled-that's all.
From now on ... it's Diva Morty FOR SURE! That's hilarious, Kent! Silly Mort - I know he loves the ladies that work there ... and being all clean ... it's a total love/hate relationship.
I chuckle just thinking about you and Dad rolling your eyes about him ... and then loving him even more. :)
Oh so traumatic for the little doggies. They would tie Woody's mouth with a little shoelace so he wouldn't bite. His eye whites would always be all blood shot. I don't want to know why. But he'd be so happy and look so cute and smell so much better afterwards. Soooo worth it!
